The first episode of the documentary “Chinese Kanyu” on intangible cultural heritage of Liaoxi Research Institute, titled “The Wordless Book of Heaven”

Chinese Kanyu “is a large-scale documentary series planned and produced by Xingguo Liaoxi Kanyu Research Institute, a Chinese intangible cultural heritage protection institution, in 2024. At present, the first episode of “The Untitled Book of Heaven” has been released, taking Sanliao Village, the holy land of Chinese geomancy, as the clue. Confucianism and Taoism are used to explain the philosophical connotation of geomancy. The Untitled Book of Heaven reveals the legendary life of Yang Yunsong, a milestone figure in geomancy. Hu Hansheng, a scholar of the Thirteen Tombs, tells the story of the geomancy master behind the imperial tomb. The Great Ming Dynasty master once participated in politics to showcase the nine towns of the Great Wall under the smoke of history.
