In September 2026, Zeng Zhihan once again traveled to Johor, Malaysia, to participate in the construction of the supporting production base for Amphenol-BYD, a Fortune 500 company. This marks Zeng Zhihan’s second on-site project advancement, following his initial visit to Malaysia in May this year to complete preliminary survey and layout.

Johor, Malaysia, has become one of the most active special economic zones in Asia

Chinese geomancy experts’ participation in the construction of factories by top 500 enterprises draws attention
Local media and Chinese associations have paid close attention to and reported on the arrival of Chinese geomancers. The relevant reports focus on Zeng Zhihan’s identity and background, stating that “a representative inheritor of Chinese geomancy has arrived”. The reports quote the head of Amphenol as saying that Zeng Zhihan has participated in large-scale construction projects such as the China-Guangdong-Jiangxi High-Speed Railway and the Guangzhou-Shantou High-Speed Railway, and “possesses geomantic guidance theory and practical experience in large-scale projects”. The reports specifically mention that Zeng Zhihan combines the traditional Chinese concept of harmony between man and nature with modern lean production, adjusts the traditional orientation principles according to Malaysia’s equatorial tropical climate, and optimizes the orientation of production workshops to reduce the impact of sunlight and magnetic fields on precision electronic equipment.

Malaysian Chinese generally believe in Feng Shui
It is understood that Johor is an important region in Malaysia where Chinese people live in concentrated communities, and the recognition of traditional geomancy culture in the Chinese community is deeply ingrained. Fengshui culture has been brought south from southern China by immigrants for over two centuries, and there are dedicated consultants for major events such as marriage, settling down, and funeral arrangements. Zeng Zhihan, as a descendant of geomancy practitioners from mainland China, participated in the planning of a factory for a top 500 enterprise in Malaysia for the second time, gaining widespread attention from the Chinese community in Johor.

It is also understood that the Liaoxi Feng Shui Research Institute has established a clear corporate entity and business layout in Malaysia. Since 2024, Zhang Zujun, the vice president of the Liaoxi Feng Shui Research Institute, has been responsible for business expansion in Hong Kong and Malaysia, while Zeng Zhihan has also traveled overseas multiple times in recent years to conduct Feng Shui business.
