Zeng Wenyuan (854-916 AD), Ziqiuyu, Hao Yizhen, was originally from Gerong Xiaomong Village, Yudu, Jiangxi, was born in Jiaxu years (854) in the middle of Tang University, and died in Liang Zhenming three years old (916) , At the age of 63.
Zeng Wenyuan was the founding ancestor of the Zeng family of Sanlio, and the first disciple of the ancestor of Yang Yunsong, the feng shui ancestor of Sanlio. His father, Zeng Defu, has three brothers, his brother Wenyun, and his younger brother Wendi, Wenyuan ranked second. Zeng Gongyou studied poetry and books, and originally wanted to enter through imperial examinations. Because of wars and turmoil, he retired from the world, so he lived in seclusion at the Huangchan Temple in the capital county, reading astronomical classics, Huangting Neijing and other books, and did not ask about world affairs. Due to chance, it coincided with Yang Gongjunsong coming. The two hit it off at first sight. Zeng Gong admired Yang Gong’s knowledge, so he worshiped Yang Gong as his teacher and followed him to learn the art of contemplation. Therefore, Duke Yang carefully pointed out the secret of Qingsang and embarked on the road of contemplation. It is true. It is the deep seed of Fuyuan.
Originally, Duke Yang wanted to travel around and help the dangers and rescue the impoverished. He had no intention of stopping in Qianzhou, but Zeng Wenyuan had always wanted to choose a piece of good soil to settle down, so he surveyed everywhere, but finally got nowhere.
One day, Zeng Wenyuan found that Sanliao was a good place, so he told his master Yang Gong that he had found a place “with a golden plate and jade seal in the front and a parasol to shade the back”. If he lived there, his descendants could serve as officials for generations.
When Yang Gong looked over, it turned out to be a basin surrounded by mountains and water. There was a long pinnacle in the basin. There was a cool umbrella-shaped pine tree behind the basin and a round boulder under the tree. He told Zeng Gong that there was a compass absorbing stone in the front and a parcel to carry with him.
Therefore, Gong Yang, together with his disciples Zeng Wenyuan and Liao Yu, built three Maoliao in the middle of the Laoxi Basin to live in. Later people called this “Sanliao”, because it was the same as Lao, it was changed to Sanliao.
Later, Zeng Wenyuan’s family moved from Geyuan Xiaomong Village (now Yudu Quyang Township) in Yuduxiao County to Sanliao Village. Yang Gong personally selected a site for him to survey and determine his direction, and gave Zeng Gong a note:
The landscape of Lao River is not easy to see, and there are good mountains on the four sides;
Jiashang Luojing Mountain rises, and the northwestern Lianmu responds;
In the south, Tianma River flows east, cyclamen worships;
Gen Yinxiang, a centipede unearthed, was prosperous in the middle of ten generations;
Today, this place is Erju, worshipping the imperial capital on behalf of you;
The first generation of money and food did not flourish, only because of ugly punishment;
Middle-aged wealth and wealth are thunderous, and Jiamu hydroponics;
How rich are the rabbits and horses, and the dog is in the top position;
Today, this note is Fu Wenyuan, and the thirty-eight generations of official positions are evident.
After thousands of years, the local tongji still circulates to this day, and all criticisms have been verified. Zeng Wenyuan moved to Sanlao in the late Tang Dynasty and the Five Dynasties. It has been more than a thousand years since the Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. Especially since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the descendants of Zeng Wenye have spread thousands of branches and have become a family of thousands of people throughout the country.
According to historical records, in the second year of Liang Zhenming’s Bingzi, Zeng Gong and his son-in-law Lai Wenjun went to Yuanzhou’s Wanzai Qiuqiu Mountain (now Wanzai County, Jiangxi) at Deji point. The shape of five cows drinking water, the point forming the heart of the pool, the public gave instructions. The disciple said: I am buried here, remember. It’s the twelfth lunar month, and the fruit is dead. The disciples are like fate. The place of fate said: Zeng Xiantang. After a few years, his disciples returned to see Master Wen Yuan in Nanchang, Yuzhang Jiangxi, and were shocked that he had not died. After that, he opened his mound and the coffin was empty. Then he learned that Master Wen Yuan’s corpse was dissected, and he was truly immortal.
Zeng Wenyuan was the national teacher of the Tang Dynasty and the initiator of the Xingguo Zhuhua Pagoda. It is called Dixian by the people. His works include “Looking for Dragons”, “Clay Shui Jing”, “Bafenge” and “Qing Nang Preface”. Later generations respected Zeng Wenyuan, Yang Yunsong, and Liao Yu (ie Liao Jinjing) as the three ancestors of Chinese situationist Fengshui.
